Life Coaching Services in Aberdeen & Online

Unlock Your Potential with Intuitive, Practical Support

Welcome to a safe and supportive space where you can explore who you are, work through what’s holding you back, and move towards a life that truly feels your own.

I’m Adrianna, an intuitive life coach in Aberdeen, offering 1:1 life coaching in person and online. My coaching focuses on helping you build confidence, strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions and find clarity when you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we look at the patterns that keep repeating – including the voice of your inner critic – and work with your emotions in a way that allows you to understand, accept and befriend them.

Life coaching with me is both practical and intuitive: you receive tools, strategies and accountability, as well as gentle inner work that honours your feelings, your pace and your deeper wisdom.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused process designed to help you unlock your potential, overcome inner and outer barriers, and create meaningful change in your life. Unlike counselling or therapy, life coaching is forward-looking and solution-oriented – we acknowledge your past, but we focus on what you want to build now and how to move towards it.

In my life coaching services in Aberdeen and online, I support people who want to make lasting changes in their career, relationships or personal development. A key part of this process often involves:

  • Learning to recognise the voice of the inner critic and changing how you respond to it.

  • Working with your emotions – not by suppressing them, but by understanding and accepting them as valuable information.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, uncover your potential and take the next step toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

How Can a Life Coach Help You?

As your life coach, I provide guidance, structure and compassionate accountability so you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Life coaching can support you to:

  • Work with your inner critic – transform self-criticism into self-compassion and self-belief.

  • Understand and accept emotions – regulate difficult feelings, build emotional intelligence and stop being controlled by mood swings.

  • Enhance relationships – improve communication and boundaries with family, friends and colleagues.

  • Develop your career – plan your next step, seek promotion, change direction or return to work after a break.

  • Strengthen confidence – overcome self-doubt and imposter feelings, and step into your strengths.

  • Manage stress more effectively – create strategies to stay calm, grounded and balanced under pressure.

  • Navigate change and transition – move through relocation, separation, grief or other life changes with more resilience.

  • Improve leadership and management skills – inspire, set boundaries and communicate with confidence.

  • Achieve work-life balance – find a rhythm that honours both your responsibilities and your wellbeing.

  • Resolve conflict – develop tools for constructive conversations and problem-solving.

  • Make better decisions – gain clarity when facing important life choices.

  • Boost resilience – recover from setbacks and keep moving forward, even when life feels heavy.

Life coaching sessions are supportive, confidential and practical – giving you both insight and clear next steps.

Who Can Benefit from Life Coaching?

Life coaching is for anyone who feels held back, stuck or simply ready for the next stage of growth. People often come to me for life coaching in Aberdeen or online when they:

  • Struggle with confidence, self-esteem or self-belief.

  • Feel overwhelmed by stress, responsibilities or other people’s expectations.

  • Are facing major life transitions such as relocation, career change, separation or loss.

  • Want to develop a healthier leadership or management style.

  • Experience recurring difficulties in relationships at work or at home.

  • Long for a stronger sense of purpose and direction in life.

  • Feel controlled by an inner critic or strong emotions and want to respond differently.

If you find yourself asking “How do I move forward?”, life coaching may be the right next step for you.

How Long Does Coaching Last?

The length of coaching depends on your goals and the depth of change you’re seeking. Many clients notice meaningful shifts within a few sessions, while others choose longer-term support for deeper transformation. As a guide:

  • Short-term coaching (4–6 sessions) – helpful for specific issues such as confidence in one area, a particular decision, or stress management.

  • Medium-term coaching (8–12 sessions) – suitable for career development, leadership skills, relationship patterns or significant lifestyle changes.

  • Long-term coaching (ongoing) – best when you’re navigating complex transitions or committed to sustained personal growth.

Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, and you can work with me in person in Aberdeen or online from anywhere in the UK or abroad.

Why Choose Me as Your Life Coach in Aberdeen?

When you choose a life coach, you’re choosing a companion for some of the most vulnerable and important parts of your life. My approach is:

  • Client-centred – your needs, values and pace guide the process.

  • Practical and results-focused – we turn insight into action with realistic steps you can actually take.

  • Emotionally aware – we explore and befriend your emotions instead of pushing them away.

  • Compassionate and honest – I support you warmly and also reflect back what I see with care and clarity.

  • Flexible and accessible – sessions available in Aberdeen or online, in English or Polish.

Life Coaching FAQs

What does a life coach do?

A life coach helps you clarify what you want from your life, identify what’s getting in the way, and take practical steps towards meaningful change. In our sessions, I offer guidance, reflection and tools – but I don’t tell you how to live your life. Instead, we work together to uncover your strengths, values and true priorities, so you can make decisions that feel right for you.

How is life coaching different from counselling or therapy?

Life coaching is generally more future-focused and action-oriented than counselling or therapy. We may touch on your past, but the main focus is on where you are now and where you want to go next. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, crisis support or medical treatment. If you are currently in acute distress, experiencing trauma symptoms, or need mental health treatment, counselling or therapy may be a better first step – and I’ll always be honest if I think something is outside my scope.

What is intuitive life coaching?

Intuitive life coaching combines practical coaching tools with intuitive insight. Alongside setting goals and planning actions, we also pay attention to your emotions, body signals and inner guidance – the “quiet voice” that often gets ignored. When helpful, I may draw on my background in tarot, numerology or energy work to deepen understanding, but our focus always returns to your real life and your next step.

Who is your life coaching in Aberdeen for?

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed or ready for change, whether that’s in relationships, work or their inner life. Many of my clients are navigating transitions (such as relocation, separation or career change), dealing with an overactive inner critic, or wanting to rebuild confidence and self-trust after a difficult period.

Can I work with you online or only in Aberdeen?

You can choose what works best for you. I offer face-to-face life coaching in Aberdeen and online life coaching sessions via video call for clients across the UK and abroad. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person work and are ideal if you have a busy schedule or live outside the area.

How many life coaching sessions will I need?

It depends on what you’d like to work on. Some people come for 4–6 sessions to focus on a specific issue or decision. Others prefer 8–12 sessions or longer to support a deeper process of change in several areas of life. We’ll discuss this in our first meeting and review regularly so coaching stays aligned with your needs and budget.

How long is a coaching session and how often do we meet?

Sessions usually last 60 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly. Regularity helps maintain momentum and gives you enough time between sessions to integrate insights and try out new actions in your day-to-day life.

How much do life coaching sessions cost?

My up-to-date prices are listed on the Pricing page of this website. You’ll see the cost of a single session and any available packages. If you’re unsure what would suit you best, you’re welcome to contact me and we can talk through the options.
